Music & Sound Therapy has launched in March a survey which aims to create the database for the World Musical map of Wellbeing: an interdisciplinary map of songs and musical pieces used to support wellbeing.

The survey seeks to be as inclusive as possible and is thought for those who use music in a professional capacity (music therapists, education/health professionals, wellbeing practitioners), as well as those who feel that music features in their lives in a helpful way – for themselves and for others.

Particularly in these difficult times, we hope this initiative might be of some help and comfort, by unifying people, sharing music and cultures all around the world. We are so far obtaining a surprisingly high number of responses from all around the world and that’s fantastic.

We want to stress out that any suggestions, amendments or ideas for improvements are very welcome and we’d like to encourage this: the map will be free for everyone and it will be the result of the contributions from all of us.

For any inquires, don’t hesitate to contact us.

You can be part of it by taking the survey below, it will take no more than 5 minutes!
