Music & Sound Therapy now offers online music therapy sessions.

Virtual music therapy is a helpful instrument to support mental health in vulnerable patients in a safe and confidential space. Within our person-centred approach, we may help you overcome difficulties or specific problems you’re dealing with, particularly in these difficult times.

During online music therapy, you are in a relationship with a therapist with which you can freely express yourself without being judged. This may help you deal with negative feelings and experiences that may have caused problems. Amongst other activities, we can interact together musically through sing/play along, creating playlists for mood support or listening together to favourite songs or music, using songwriting techniques to promote self-expression. A valid help also may come from breathing techniques and exercises to help relaxation and stress management.

The costs for online sessions are the same as for in-person music therapy. You can pay by internet banking or PayPal. The online sessions request a computer or a smartphone, with an internet connection.
